Alan Pearlstein

Board Member

Alan Pearlstein serves as a director of the company. Alan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University. Starting out as a senior property manager for First Service Residential, his dedication, knowledge, and hard work led him to his current position of general manager within the company. He has designed strategies and contributed to the growth of the company. Prior to working with First Service Residential, he was a senior property manager for The Argo Corp.

While working with both real estate management companies over the last 19 years, he has overseen the operations for a portfolio of cooperatives, condominiums, rental apartment complexes, hotels, and commercial properties. Mr. Pearlstein has prepared annual budgets, worked with the Real Estate Advisory Board and unions, obtained financing, and supervised large staff of employees. The guidance and counseling to various boards in areas of finance, legal matters, facilities operations, and staff are immeasurable.

Alan has overseen a variety of major capital improvements and development projects. Alan also owns and manages his own commercial, residential, and vacation properties. Alan believes in giving back to the community by being involved in philanthropy. He is associated with City Meals on Wheels, UJA Federation, and the Met Council.
